How can we help?
Struggling to manage your workload? Got admin overwhelm? Or perhaps something is just not your forté?
Jotterbox provides dedicated and personally tailored support to reduce your administrative overheads, free up your time and allow you to focus on the priorities that are important to you.
Whether you need an extra pair of hands on an ad-hoc basis, perhaps in preparation for an event, or more regular, day-to-day support – we’ve got you covered.
Why Jotterbox?
With the perfect fusion and applied experience in both the Arts and the corporate world, our expertise could not be a better fit for those who need some extra admin support or creative assistance, but with an understanding of your industry.
Specialist skills include dedicated content support, whether this be brand-tailored content creation or copywriting, or support with quality assurance and proof reading for your website, media or other documentation. We can also be your administrative go-to; helping with all the day-to-day nitty gritty tasks.
Need something in between the two? No problem, we can work with you to come up with a cost-effective, bespoke solution.
Meet the founder.
“Hi, I’m Stef. Virtual Assistant, corporate trainer and founder of Jotterbox. I have over a decade of applied administrative experience in the corporate world (predominantly the Tech sector) working as an executive assistant and within HR Operations. I have a level 5 diploma in Learning and Development Management and have created and delivered corporate training both online and in-person across the UK and Germany.
With a background in the Arts, as a professionally trained actor, I also have extensive experience in performance and workshop facilitation, which directly informs and elevates the work that I do in the corporate world, as a trainer.
I am a big advocate of wellbeing at work and previously established a corporate wellbeing initiative. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider. To add my own mental health stamp, I am also a clinical perfectionist (so a former therapist told me) and have learnt to use this as my superpower at work, with an innately keen eye for detail and lateral thinking.
At home, I am a wife and mum of three little girls, including twins. Life is nothing short of hectic and at times it’s tough, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. (I also add parenting to my list of incidental superpowers.)
The through line? People. I thrive on supporting people and empowering them to be their best and do their best work.
Jotterbox was born out of a desire to bring all these skills together, creating a unique fusion that enables me to provide transformative operational assistance and content support to artists, creatives and small businesses. In addition, the training leg of the business provides unique corporate training with a creative flair and performative approach.”
